the parts make it more durable.

the parts that we molded out of that material were parts that were near the fuser rolls so i know they take some serious heat. was the hardest material we used to mold in injection molds because it took alot to melt and the glass shards didnt flow easy. worked there back in 96-98,lol...

Haha - I don't think I will do pink. But I may lose the black coloring and do just the natural material color -- it's not a part that you will really see.

Triple joint ring installed :

Custom sub I am building for a customer... so I tried one out on there //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It is glued with thick CA at the bottom @ the spiders, thin CA is filled in for the thickness of the ring between it and the former, then thick CA applied again on the coil winding side in the angled part on the back of the ring.

Gives alot of glue surface area and makes it VERY hard to break the rear joint.
