Part passive, part active crossover

[GR86 car audio]

Hi all, I have focal flax 3 way speakers and will be installing them in a 2023 gr86. As I have a 5 channel audio control d5-1300 amp. Off channels 1 & 2 would like to run the mids and tweeters located on the dashboard using the passive focal crossover, while running the mid bass in the doors active off channels 3 & 4. Is there any reason I can't/ shouldn't do this?

Defeats the purpose of the DSP amplifier and a fully active system. Get yourself a an ACM 4.300 for the midbass, 150 x 2 bridged and 100x 4 for the rest and 500x 1 at 2 ohms for a sub.

Thanks, can't afford another amp. The dsp will still be very useful. I suppose my question is, can I run the 3 way passive crossover as a 2 way without issue?
