Thanks for the input, it helped me with my decision. OS is on the way. I went ahead and got full retail just because that's what I wanted, and it was gifted to me. So, yep!

TV was too dark. So yeah, bottom and front fans > top fans, you can see how it's laid out. Front fans and radiator aren't on yet. I was testing the power supply to make sure it worked. I was getting half voltage out of all outputs, my PSU is draw sensitive so I think that's why. Nothing was hooked up to it.
