This is the real world i have a written contract saying that the land and 1.5 million for the building and 500k have all been laid aside for my use in starting up a mobile electronics shop/store

land AND 1.5 mill AND 500k?

land aint cheap, right off the freeway would be prime land, especially for advertising. thats probably like $1-6 mill depending on land prices where you are on land alone. plus the other 2 mill. i want your friends.

I am not the one thats fronting the money i am just trying to start a successfull business like my sponsor did... I have had to work to prove to him that i am worthy of it and that ment me shoveling gravel for 4 summers for 8 hours a day in 110 degree heat

i do that for $7 an hour with no promise of millions of dollars ever since they would let me

I had planned on working for a shop for 3 or 4 years then opening it that would I would have some sources and more knowledge

ok you claim to have 2 million dollars + but you are asking around on a car audio forum? obviously the person laying out this cash knows something business more then people on a forum so i'd ask him.

i'm also calling bs on 110 degrees in arkansas
