I was suggesting you get a real degree so you'd be way more above the education of an installer. Going to blinndergarden is cool and all, but you'd end up spending the same amount of money either way. And the more education you get in electronics in general the more you'll see how it applies to so many other things in the 12 volt industry. fabrication is just stuff you can learn on your own in your garage anyways if your motivated enough. Hell man, make a couple of fiberglass boxes on your own and you're already ahead of 75% of the installers out there in the world.
