Car alarm issue. 2012 xb

When my car alarm is triggered it does not beep it's just stays on continually blaring & is more annoying than a regular car alarm. How can I stop this from happening & can I make it normal again? This happens only when alarm is triggered. It doesn't go off randomly. I believe it is an aftermarket alarm.

If it is aftermarket you are better off asking the manufacture of it on how to change settings. Or take it to a local car alarm place and ask them to see. If it is aftermarket usually there is something stamped into the back of it with the company's name on it and what not.
