Capacitor PLZ HELP OUT

I have a massive audio capacitor in my 95 monte carlo, i hooked it up and it stays on ALL the time, NEVER turns off. it seems that it is draining the battery when the car is turned off. why is this problem occuring, how do i fix it?

Capaitors don't turn off. They have a constant feed from the battery, but since the amp isn't on there isn't any draw, so don't worry about it.
