I want a ported box for 2 15" kicker L7's, each with their own isolated chamber. They will each be running on a zx1000 amp in a 1996 Tahoe 4 door, my goal is a really loud daily driver.
I mostly listen to rap/hip hop and sometimes bass testers. I want the box to be around 10 cubic feet, tuned to 34hz, and a sub up/port back orientation
The box will be made using 3/4" mdf. My woodworking skills are very good so it doesnt have to be just a basic box. I want some thing simalar to this box below (its from realm of excursion on the video part under kicker):

Do you think when i get the dimentions you can include how many sheets of mdf to buy? How much will this cost for you to design this?
Dimentions:
-Its 22" to the top of the back seat, I want the subs to be flush with the seat.
I want the top of the box to be 2 layers of MDF, with the total height being 22"
-48" is the max width of the box, if you could just make it exactly 48" that would be nice.
-42" is the maximum length. It doesnt matter how much of this is used.
