Why not just use a 3 cent crimp connector. One in, and two out to each of your amps?

you may not even need a remote wire if the amps have signal sensing

split the remote wire in to two runs to each amp.... looks alot cleaner IMO.....

I had mine both from the back if the HU. Just need 2 runs, but u wont need to worry bout crimping or splitting.

The remote is like 16ga wire. You can get a roll for like $5 at wal mart
