It doesn't get much better than the MS-8 for factory headunits. That's the main reason I have one.

Yeah. Thats going to be a big deal for me because after see what my lady got with the 2014 soul... I'll never go aftermarket again. That thing is so nice. It has all the features of my pioneer and some... and it runs way more smooth. But she can't watch videos while drive //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif. I could fix that if I really wanted to, but neither of us watch video while driving, my bypass is because it doesn't let you adjust too many settings while driving.

If/When I do get the MS-8, should I run my tweets directly through it? or use the crossover that comes with the tweets. (thinking about it, I think the guy who helped me install it told me I don't need the crossover.... Ugh, bad advise all over the place. I'll connect those up when I deaden the doors)

You could have the MS-8 power them. I have it powering my rear stock doors to get that 7.1 effect and it's fine.

As for the Bit One. You need way more understanding before you dive into it.

The MS-8 sounds better with a bit of work post calibration than the Bit one ever sounded. And I thought I had it pretty good.

From the outside, the Bit One looks like a confusing piece of technology. I'm doing to forum roaming, looking at some builds to see what other have done, prefer, review, exc. So, with the tweeters ran though the processor, I too should get the 7.1 effect? That would be pretty cool as I enjoy going to the drive in, and they broadcast in 5.1 (although I already have that effect).

I think he was saying you need the 2 back speakers in order to get that 7.1 effect. Doesn't matter whether they're running off the amp or MS-8.

Okay. But I should be good then setting it up and putting the display away until next time? I could also wire it into the glove box, but just have the HD and paper work in the glove box is pretty space consuming. Maybe I'll fabricate something? Probably not.
On another note. When/if I get this, should I just run my tweets off the MS-8? or leave them connected with the front door speakers though the amp?

Also, nice nice build keep_hope_alive. I'm also in the QC, you should let me demo your build sometime. I'd love to know what a real SQ build sounds like.
