lol.. i made this part 2 cuz my old topic died or something..

if anyone can help me it would be great, im very new, and this will be my first system ever... my friend has one and he doesnt know it yet but i want my system to be better then his //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif bling..

he has a mtx system that hits 750watts its pretty hard.. so far with my old topic people say 2 12" or 2 15" would be best, so far i got 2 12" kicker l7 2006, i want a system that bangs hard on bass mostly..

i went on the kicker site it says the l7 hits 1500/750 watts, whats that suppose to mean? 1500 as in 2 l7's or max watt?

im on to the part what kind of amp should i get

750 is countinuos power it will take and 1500 is the max power.

First we need to know what ohms the subs arelike are they dual 2 ohm or dual 4 ohm speakers

but here are sum suggestions

kicker zx1500.1 or 2500

memphis 1500d

Orion 1200 or 2500d

after the u bought the subs whats the limit on your amp spending, like how much money u got left

well over all on ebay they are selling them for 400-500 a pair.. so left over i prolly got a good 300-400 bucks left, dont worry about the wires+install, wouldnt that only cost like 100 max? ah shit, the box too, isnt that like another 100?

to save on money u might want to build ur own box. Wires shouldnt be to expensive

the lower the ohms the better performance out of your amp, but since you have two subs u have a couple of options. This comes the part where u have to do some matching of subs to amp.

either 2 ohm or 4 ohm will do, we can always set u up wit a amp that will match. Wiring of the subs will determine the things in the end, but u jus need to find an amp that will fit ur price range with rms being between 1200 and 2000 watts at either 1 or 2 ohms for the amp. When u look at the specs 4 instance on an amp u will see something like this

1500watts@2ohm

ok i been thinking about this, and this would make it better for me

if i got the perfect boxes+wireing+installing for these 2 systems which one would be the best outta these 2

1 15" L7 2006 + 1500watt amp

2 12" L7 2006 + 1500watt amp

i will be geting one of these, whatever is better then ill fingure out what ohm i should get

thats a hard choice they would be pretty close its whatever ur preference is.

the 15 holds 2000/1000

the 12 holds 1500/750

and i have 1 amp that hits 1500wat..

for the 12 it would max it out..

for the 15 it would only hit like a 50/50 outta it..

i careless for the music, i want the bang, the booooom booom outta it, ill still like to hear the music you know? so the people in my car or the cars next to me knows what im listening too (mostly rap) but then again i want the bboom booom part to make a role in this system
