Build your own comp

I asked this question in another post, but it was buried in some other questions, and didn't get any replies.  Can y'all suggest some raw drivers to make up the components?  I was looking at these for the mids:

The ones you got listed there are the 8 ohm version fyi. You want the 4 ohm version for the car. Also that setup isn't bad, many people have run those exact mid bass woofers with those CTII tweeters with great success around the US.

What if I wanted something better than "not bad"?  Is there something in the $200ish range that would be better?  It's unfortunate that you can't really go listen to a lot of the stuff that's out there.  So, you have rely a lot on the experience of other people.
