Different woods will have different sounding boxes that must street car won't notice. I prefer to use all birch. Looks better and sounds better.

Good there has not been one lol - I have had someone in the past try to spoof my email before is why I was wondering.
Ya i understand that it gets wild sometimes trying to handle a lot of emails and stuff.

Will the subs ship with the same tracking numbers that were on the order?

I was not really planning on trying to want/find beefed up suspension for the rear and so when I seen that birch ply would work I decided that even if it was just ply would be better then a 15 cu foot box (gross) made out of mdf (weight wise).

Yes, we assign tracking when the order is processed. So unless something weird comes up or an address change, the existing tracking stays.

I've used both..no difference in sound..not sure how you're coming to that conclusion.

I have experienced it first hand. I think a lot of it has to do with the density of the wood where mdf to me sounds more solid and plywood has a more hollow sound. What I do not know is if the difference is enough to effect the sounds in car audio, home audio is a lot different in some ways.

I did find some research on the net about different grades of plywood - using construction grade that has empty spaces in it does affect the sound, but then again that was in a home audio application.

Ask a builder of guitar builder if wood matters to the sound.
