I actually like the mis-match with the door inserts. You cant really get a feel for it unless your in the drivers seat. Its painted up so there is a flow of black around the drivers area. From the switch panel, across the gauge cluster, down the panel for the a/c and radio, and then down the center console. Rest of the dash and interior is gray.

Hey Jay, if you read this chime in for me. Im lookin for some advice/tips on making the pods in my a-pillars for my tweeters. I was going to use a fiberglass approach but since the a-pillar is all ABS im wondering how I can go about doing it without having any adhesion issues.

Well, the mids are.....DONE!!!!

I got them all wired up, got my door handles on, door panels permanentely mounted (until vinyl time) and I even got my tweets in. Turned out the optional set of pods for the tweets worked perfect. They are a tid bit gaudy but once the pillars are in I think they look just fine.

I had to toss in my amp for the mids just to break them in a little, and HOLY SHIT!!! I cannot believe the crisp, clean, authority of the midbass-midrange in this car now!!!

I shot a couple vids as well. But ****, I initially started off running them full range on some bass heavy stuff at low volume to break them in a little, then opened them up full range. Just the bass full range is amazing, I couldnt believe it, they sound sooo **** good.

Then I HPed em at 50hz and threw everything I got at them and they came alive in the midbass department, I still cant believe it.

Only got to test for a little bit though, I dont have a fuse for my power run going to the batt in the back. Didnt bother wiring in the tweets either since Im gonna take everything out of the trunk later.
