no bracing at all? the fiberglassing job is enough?

Ya but your port is like 10" wide lol, almost makes it to the center!! that would greatly increase strength, this has nothing

Box is finished the only problem that we ran into is that the saz3000d blew up when we turned the car on. The amp has been sent out for repair replacement (dont use ups). We hooked it up to a tantrium 1200d & sounds good.

I will have pics up later on during the week of the finished product, I am out of town for the rest of the week.

Also we had to fire the box into the trunk... The aero port didnt like being fired forward... Although we didnt wall it off either... Im not gonna go that far into it... Sounds good so far... Need to cut the port as its tuned really low right now like somewhere around 25hz... So once i get my SAZ-3000D back ill be making tuning adjustments...

Lastly Thor there is more than one size Yellow Optima hence why i asked... lol There should be a model number on the battery...

Glad to see your puting some of the box skills I taught you to work, I would suggest bracing on some or using mating on the corners in some instances specially for these high powered applications. Another to look into which I used on my last box and it works amazingly is Tiger hair, and run it along all the edges in the box.

Seems like a lot of the SD 3k's have issues. My 1500D's were bulletproof, so I wonder what changed....

Yea when its all done (tuned and with the 3000d) We will have to meet up or somethin... Im sure urs will be louder in a little truck... lol

Well dasinde91 had a few 6 inch aeros laying around so thats why we used it... I wasnt aware they made 8 inch aeros???
