Build log: 16.25 cubes, 18" RE SX's, bed box for Avalanche

Whelp, im sitting in my dorm room right now with two 18" RE SX's next to me, and its about time i put em in my truck. I have a three day weekend, so im going to drive home and get the box going (and hopefully finished), ill have half of saturday and all of sunday to cut, build, and paint, and monday morning to put it in the truck, and i need to put on an exhaust system and air intake as well. So, between me and my dad, hopefully we can get this cranked out before i have to drive back on monday!

Anyways, this is going to be two 18" RE SX's powered by an IA20.1 at 0.5 ohms.

EDIT: I wanted to have a little more port area, so i redesigned the box and squished as much port in the face as i could. Now it will have a gross volume of around 17cu ft, 14cu ft net volume @ 34 hz, 195sq in of port area.

Chevy Avalanches have a midgate that opens up into the bed of the truck from inside the cab. I just removed the gate, and the box takes its place.

as for mounting, the box will fit pretty darn snug. Its designed to slide in and push right against the opening. I'll use a couple of L-brackets on the backside to bolt the box to the bed of the truck.

yeah i still got the box, you want it? i may have the on thats in my truck now, but i think im just gonna throw it in one of the schools dumpsters heh

oh, and this weekend i have to build the box, paint it, rewire the amps, put on an exhaust system and air intake, as well as some tidbits as burnt out brake light and doing a DRL mod to do in two days //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif any help would be helpful lol.
