build 2 need sugestions

alright well i just finished my first system an well lets just say im not to happy with it. for my firstr system im running a cheap pioneer deck, crunch p1500.1 i think amp, 2 12"audiobahns aw1200q i believe there discontinued tehy handel 1000 rms. in a ported box. well i didnt do everthign i wanted to with this build just something fast so i can have my fist subs. well im ready for build 2. for this i want to spend the least ammount possiable. trade what i can buy mostly used. ill give a list of what i need an if you guys can help suggest items that woudl be great. its gonna take time for me to buy everthing but eventualy ill have it all an install it. here goes teh list

2 2 channel amps (1 for subs an 1 for components)

2 12" subs possiably 15"

box need help deciding between ported an sealed

1 set of compoants

1 set of coaix

2 bats 1 for starting an other for a secondary to keep the apmrage higher

0 ga power an ground wire need to do big 3 aswell

11 ga speaker wire

any thing im missing? im sure theres little stuff possiably something biger.

im looking to spend the least amount possiable im a high school student an i dont have a ton of cash. dosnt need to be some crazy system but id like it to be clean amps, crisp highs, clean bass low an high notes. an i want it to be able to be loud with out distorting. any and all help is apreachated. i want to take my time like i said im in no hurry. just want it to sound good an be able to be loud an heard from a good distance away when i turn it up. aka for woodward. thanks guys
