box help

i would download torres box calculator thats what i use i am getting substantially different numbers then the other poster. also if your going 2000+ rms orion rcommends an enclosure 3.05cu ft. im sure you could fudge that a bit . i come up with a port 18.5x6.5x27 net volume of enclosure is 7.98ft3 tuned to 32.14hz port area per foot is 15.07in2 this is with an extra baffle and taking into account the displacement of the subs while leaving you .25ft3 for bracing.

That's definitely more accurate. My bad op. Threw the numbers together too quick.

where should the port be on the left side or driver side and subwoofers other side that Port seems long
is the enclosure going in a trunk? if so it doesnt really matter. if it is going behind your seats i would do the port on the drivers side and mount the subs as far away from it as possible. your also bridging an amp to each sub make sure they are gain matched or set to the same voltage.
