box help!!!!

i have a 85 dodge truck with bucket seats. I have no more room behind them do to the box that holds 2 - 12's I now i need a little over 1 qubic foot of air space, but how and were would the best place for me to move them to for more room in the back of the seats? thx

w/ buckets, u should have a center console......make that into a custom speaker box.

Yep, I've seen many stock center consoles with a hole in the back housing an 8" or 10" Kicker L5/L7 driver. I have done center consoles in regular cab trucks with buckets that go straight from the dash right to the back of the cab, housing 2-4 10/12" drivers.

You could also do a "cut-though" box. The box would be in the bed and the drivers would be facing into the cab.

the center concole would be great but can i still get the propper square inch airflow and still have the punch that i have now? I need to put the amp and the sterio in there also if at all possiable!

Get the measurements of your center console and figure out the cu.ft. Or build your own custom one based on the sub(s) specs.
