i heard for it too sound good it need to be around 5Cu and tuned to 33Hz, correct me if im wrong.And i could use chicken wire at the port and use poly-fill to make the tone deeper.

#1. don't use poly because you have no clue what it is for(obvious)

#2. don't put anything over the port.

volume sounds about right but will depend on power and vehicle

whats it going in ? what power ?

those specs might have worked for some ppl but you may need a diff set up /lots of variables but that a good starting point

well i was checking out the box hints on kicker and they said you could loosely fill the port area with hardware cloth and chicken wire and loosely fit poly--fill in it do get lower bass response, yell at kicker not me //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

nah kicker recommends it for their ported boxes too....makes it sound smoother in a way, Ive used it on a 15" L7 before in 4.5 cubes tuned to 33. Sounded pretty good
