Boss subs

just bustin ur jl nuthugging balls, dont start with the 11er bs again like it matters. just a friendly reminder to all, CA.com join dates do not equal some sort of seniority in the real world. car audio does exist outside of this site.
lolz were had. 11'er.

friendly reminder, U MAD BRO

meh, no loudr than any other sub from a decent name at a comparable price....excluding rf...and im sure a few others
Type r's are one of the best mainstream subs out there. They definatley get loud off the right power and many people on this forum have made very successful builds with type Rs

not even close. but hey ill tell ya what, im gonna go away from the computer for a bit, i have some adult stuff to do tonight, ill be back later...i assume ull still be on the computer. later bub.
i'll assume you're going to have **** sex.

this is ca.com, i'm always here.

I'm doing grown up stuff now...and yeah I guess my Type Rs are pretty loud for what they are. I'm leaning towards some nice sq ones for my next setup though, I'm right in the middle of liking sq and spl, sometimes I want my system to sound really good, and other times I just want my eardrums bleeding and a free chair massage.

icon/xcon would suit those needs. also the SA series from sundown. many choices for loud and sq.

I rarely ever, actually I might have never heard someone say a bad thing about SA...they might be my next purchase.
one of the few subs not even custom sub guys can really upgrade besides a slight power increase with an spl coil deal. jacob put a lot of thought into those and it shows.

i'm a fan of the Z series myself lol

This... give them plenty of power and a big ported box and they are very nice for the money

there's absolutely nothing wrong with type R's. my friend had a pair in a sealed prefab and did fairly well. matter of fact, im going to try out their new 8" model and see how it holds up.
