Boss subs

So on Monday I got 2 Boss P126DVC's (Amazon.com: Boss P126DVC Phantom 12" Subwoofer Dual 4ohm Voice Coils: Electronics), this box Amazon.com: Scosche SE122CC 12-Inch Dual Subwoofer Enclosure (Grey/Black): Electronics (which is a lot bigger than the recommended sealed box size), and this amp (Amplifiers | APSM-1300).

First off... let me say my expectations were no terribly high, considering the reviews, and advice of people on this website.

Second.... Wow!!! These blew away my expectations! They sound better than I had dreamed of for the price! They handle everything I've thrown at them (Rap, Metal, Dubstep, etc.) greatly, with no distortion... and they're LOUD!

you are .. easily impressed. but as long as you're happy, that's the important thing. Glad you liked what you got, always room to upgrade later on.

that little amp is a beast, I have owned 9 of them total, sold all but four off locally and they are.. for the size, very impressive amps.

Well, all I was looking for was some loud bass that wasn't distorted, and that's what I got! I guess I've never really heard top of the line kinda stuff, so that might be why, but for now this is more than enough!

all type Rs are loud. Also if you're saying this person is pathetic, don't. As long as the person is happy with their own setup, that's all that matters broski.

For a $130 500-600 watt sub, they are loud. I think mine where a bit louder then the DCs. Dont sound as good but louder

you're a tard lol.. i'm thelow, i've owned 40+ type R 12s of the last model. done several builds with them, plenty of people got 150s with them when they were the hype. get that 11'er shit out of here broski.

yea, I was getting them for a little under 75 shipped per right before they stopped making the last model. for a sub you could give well over the rms to daily, they got very loud in many different boxes and done well on meters. lakota on here was doing 150s with 1 12 i think on a kx2500.1.
