He speaks the truth, but everyone is looking for a "magic pill" so they'll waste a shitload of $$$ on supplements that do nothing more then everyday food can do.

haha, yea there was a thead on the mazda forum i use to get on about losing weight....i just had to ruin everyones day when i jacked the thread asking how to put on weight!

one thing that helped me is i moved home with my parents for winter until i find a house to buy....moms cooking put like 5lbs on me quick.

hmm, thinkin of trying arimatest out.how is it?
Its not like what it says on the website but I think it does help out alot especially after doing a hard set you feel refreshed again to do another within in about 10 seconds. I like it.

Heres a comparison (not great before pic, or after, but you get the idea) of when I was 120 lbs, and a somewhat recent pic of me around 165. Within a year I went from 120 to 176, and cut to 160-165 which is where I'm at now. On flat bench I went from benching 25 pound dumbbells, and the last few weeks I'm up to 100's for 8 reps. Been using whey protein, casein protein at night, and sometimes I'll take Superpump 250 for extra energy.
