u can take shit all day long and it wont do anything unless you eat and lift...

i cycle with creatine every once and a while also, 6weeks on 1-2weeks off.

 
I recommend the following... at least look into them:

Creatine monohydrate.

Jet Fuel.

Stone Dragon. (The only powder supplement I've found that actually works.)

Proper diet/plenty of water daily.

I'm currently 6'7" and like 255 pounds.
