battery. optima?

need new battery.

need it as starter battery and to run everything else. including about 1500 watts in aftermarket audio total.

got stock alternator. will probably upgrade soon. can i use a yellowtop for starter and everything else? what model?

been searching but i cant find anything useful! will keep searching, cus i need to fix this asap, car is starting to not want to start, voltage real low. give me some help and suggestions! thanks. posted another thread, but didnt get all the help i needed. (YES IVE used the SEARCH)

Optima's are shit got to carquest and get a NGT extream (relabeled DECA)for about $20-$30 cheaper

Measure your batt compartment and buy the largest you can fit.

Between a yellowtop and a Deka, you won't really notice much difference as far as quality. The Deka will probably be slightly less expensive....

And only buy new batteries, not used.

thanks for the help.

i went to get my battery checked, and definitely it was all trash.

it was already reading 12 volts with the car on, so good thing i got rid of it.

it was only a year old so i was able to get the warranty in at my local kragen. traded it in for an optima yellow top!

glad i got that fixed, car starts up good now!
