did a trick to my box and put in my 38 htz box. did some testing and got this...

ok so i went to the show today and did a 153.6 thats .3 down form my 153.9 with the level 5 in this box. BUT my windshield is cracked even more now allll the way through the middle of it. so i wont know any real gain on the deadner inside the box til friday when i get it replaced.

why did you peel n seal the inside of the box? and did you notice any improvements with it liek thajt?

last night and yes it sounds better but wont know any number improvments til friday when i replace windshield

Did you peak at the same frequency? Assuming the deadener is 1/8" thick and that you used one layer, that'd lower your tuning by about 1hz.

ok so i GUTTED the inside of the car. everything was out. now i just put the front seats in for now. next week im getting sound deadner and deadning the whole floor and doors. also dropping my door panels off tommorow and getting them made and wrapped. 2 6.5s and 2 4 inch bullet horns in each door. should be loud.

rules on trunk are everything has to be in the trunk. subs box, amps, batts. no modifications to anything forward the b pillar an if your back seat don't fold down you can remove it but an i say this but it has to be in the car laying on seats to show that you have it.

basscort seeing that your modding your door panels i would say do streetbeat from trunk with it like you are now. but i they aren't modded then trunk 1000+ would be your class an i must say that your like 4db's away from the current leader in that class. your doing good bro an i love the build keep it coming an where is that video.

oh an the deadner in the box i am not sure about that i would just resin the inside of it an sand the piss out of it till its smooth as glass.

^^^ thanks. already resined it and it has about 1.5 gallons on it. just tried out the trick and gained a little from it. not bad. but yea i am trying to get as loud as possible with 2 amps so when i add the other 2 i can just count that as easy money if ya know what i mean lol. deadner starts now. pics in about 10 hours lol

man this is wht car audio use to be about, guys go to shows just to test an see how much louder they are lol now everyone an they momma have a tl meter lol. but either way bro its still fun no matter what.

just a reminder in order to see a gain from deadner you have to test an paste lol i have see guys gain from haveing a ton of deadner on the pass door cause thats where they meter but oh well good luck man i hope you do gain some.

sigh.. I talked to rusty about a lvl 6 18" recently.. expensive sub... insanely expensive.

I was like.... wtf? I have 12kw to throw to one for some bassrace but not at that price.
