ok so i change it up so much im just gonna call it ongoing build log.

equipment i still have:

2 CROSSFIRE BMF-1700's AT .25 OHM EACH

1 AUDIOPIPE GM-354 GM-354 FOR MIDS AND HIGHS

1 SET OF KICKER SS30 TWEETERS (VERY IMPRESSED)

1 SET OF CRAPPY POWERBASS $30 MIDS (ANYONE GOT SOME MIDBASS FOR ME?)

SUBSTAGE: RIGHT NOW I HAVE THE LEVEL 5 AND LEVEL 6. BEST SCORE WITH THE LEVEL 6 18 WAS 154.7 ON 2 POWERBASS 5KS AT .8 STRAPPED ON ONE GOOD COIL. BEST I HAVE DONE WITH THE LEVEL 5 18 WAS 153.1 ON THE 2 CROSSFIRE AMPS AT .25 EACH.

ALSO TESTED A CROSSFIRE 18 TODAY WITH A 4 INCH COIL AND WAS DECENTLY IMPRESSED FOR SUCH LITTLE POWER FOR A 4 INCH COIL. DID A 152.6. HAD BAD AIR LEAKS CUZ IT WAS HOT AND I WAS IN A RUSH.

u have the same tube as me. mine sounded funny, had port noise but was still loud....but i couldnt take it and built another box

Got the Level 6 recone today!!!

4 inch 8 layer coil.

extra glue spots on all the joint.

6 stiff 10" spiders

vented former

and a nice **** cone dustcap

and my 2 black labs just cuz they were nosey

no. with flares it would make it longer and i would have to tune higher for it to fit. i dont want this box higher than 33 since i already have one thats 38

yea thought id try the 2x4 braces for a change. gave me more airspace so that i could make the box wider without having to account for the allthread sticking out.

Ud prolly gain if u get the tube off the wall. its messing with ur tuning
