It was terrible, period. The show is full of idiots and that episode was one of the worst. This board isn't about making your car audio 'cool looking', its about making it perform. So no, I wont be cutting that show any slack. Its lousy, its full of people who know nothing but what their sponsors tell them to say, and they aren't even intelligent enough to realize how piss-poor 135db really is. I could pull that score with a mild 12" subwoofer.

the last guy was right. The show is all about "cool" factor not performance. This is also the reason why you never see them actually do nething to the engine half the time. And seriously...the show is all about po folk' who get the ride they could never get or dream of getting. You can tell that sub is all about the "cool" factor in the first place because their can't be anything practical about a woofer that weighs 1/4 of the weight of a civic (maybe more) and if powered right can shake items located within half a block of it.

Besides...since when is a show on MTV suppose to be logical?
