aw1206t sub what amp?

neither of those would really do any good becuase the first one is only 100x2 and it cant be mono for now... and the other one only does 800 @ 4 ohms which your sub cant operate at... look at an A8000T for now but if you want room to upgrade a hifonics bx1500d or a jblbp1200.1 would work too. just because they do 1500 or 1200 @ 1 ohm... and the hifonics can push 2 aw1206t's with no problem @ q

both won't work

you need a amp that has 800x1@2-ohms or 400x2@4-ohms

you can try the A4002T for a week or so. just load it at 2ohms and hoop it works.

wiring @2ohms see Option #1 chick here

i would go with Boss RT1500D or audiobahn aw8000t.

A 2 channel amp that puts out 400w x 2 @ 4 ohms will be much more expensive than a mono amp that puts out max power @ 2 ohms. A used MTX 801D would be a good choice for you, probably will cost a little bit more than $150, though.
