Ask a guy starting his second semester of law school today anything

Where is this information posted?
it's obviously not official information, but if you go look at average salaries at schools starting from the #1 ranked US news school, down to the tier 4's and unnacredited schools, you will notice this.

because I don't remember them? Are you a law student?
You should remember them if you want to be a qualified lawyer. I don't know any lawyers, but the financial analysts I know have the basic things down like their own birthdays. I admit, as an undergrad, i skirted by just studying for the test. I get pwned often because of things I forgot/didn't study/didn't know.

That is why I posted the first wikipedia link indicating students should not use that as a guide for what they should expect.

yes.

A great one!
for ONE of my four classes, the final was a 200 multiple choice closed book exam, where we had to extensively know over 200 cases (yes, some questions dealt with multiple cases), as well as about 40-50 civil procedure rules. And this is one class.

Where did you get the information from the school? Website, pamphlet, prof?

Also how does the school collect this information?

Do they rely on alumni to report it themselves, or require some employer verification?

I remember the days of multiple guess. How you could use information in one question to answer another. Good times.

That and recruiters/head hunters is how US News reports for MBAs.

oh, school website. Alumni report it themselves. I have no idea what % of the alumni's report though. Although I doubt I will be starting at six figures, my school is a decent school and not a crummy crap school so I probably will be alright.

not multiple guess, all the questions had an answer choice E that said "none of the above" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/redface.gif.62fdbfe1a101588a808c4cff71bcb942.gif

loL, citing a multiple choice test isn't helping your cause.

But alas, no partial credit. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif
