That is a very very small amp haha... Ok, for subs to be ran in pairs, they need to be the same voice coil configuration. If you buy a D2 now, you'll have to buy a D2 later. Which will give you an impedance load of either .5 or 2 ohms, which is rather unideal and not cost effective. Because then you need to find an amplifier that makes your optimal power at 2 ohms (expensive) or .5 ohms (risky).
So in your situation, where you know you'll be getting a second subwoofer down the line, I HIGHLY recommend getting a D4 right now. You'll be able to wire it to 2 ohms on the current amplifier. And when you get a new amplifier, it will still be wired at 2 ohms, which will limit the power to it. Then when you get a second woofer, you will wire the pair down to 1 ohm, and you can get the most power possible out of your amplifier.
Again, it is in the absolute best interest of your wallet and stress levels that you get a D4 woofer now, if you plan on adding a second one down the road.
