Am I the only one who sees the irony of spending $600 on electrical so you can run a $300 amp?

no but it beats spending $600 on electrical and $300 more on other stuff.

Hey I found an XS Power D5100 for $113 should I get it? It looks like its a regular deep cycle like the rest but I just want to double check with you guys before I pull the trigger.

I don't know much about Batteries so I can't be of too much help on which are good or bad, sorry man:\ For what it's worth, looking at the numbers, if that is new, that's a pretty good deal and a good performer.
