Apline 12" Type R - Questions

I've had a pair of Alpine 12"Type Rs for a few years. I would like to find the manual or specs for these. I bought them in 03. Would these have different specs from the new ones? I don't know exactly which model they are since its too hard to get them out.

How can I tell what ohmage they are running without pullin them?

Should I run them with the PPI PC-2600 or the Soundstream Ref1000s? Stereo or mono?

get a multi meter to figure out the ohm load.
