Any Experience With CT Subs?

Suit yourself. IMO they have a really bad track record but if you really feel they have got their **** together finally go ahead and send them your money.

My friend is trying to talk me into 4 VFL 10's in the same box. That would take the cone area from 200 sq. inches up to 312 sq. inches. The subs are also rated at 800 rms. whereas the 8's are rated at 600 rms.

I'd trust American Bass way farther than CT, but do you have enough volume and port area for those bigger cones?

Why even change things now? What are you hoping to gain?
