we had a problem with this at my school with a 99 grand prix 2 door they broke the window out jacked his alpine stereo kenwood amp and kenwood subs and cut the stereo wires past the oem clip...which made it a hell of a time to fix...this car had an alarm but it shut off after like ten seconds of goin off (i know this because my friend who stole the stuff told me) i was not part of it...but to fix this problem we built the box so big it was impossible for us even us to get out we had to take the subs out the destroy the box inside the car and take it out in pieces...probably not something your looking to do.

Yeah. I would've snitched on that guy, in a heart beat. You don't steal someone else's ish.

But, someone broke into this girl's car, took her OEM radio. They simply pushed the window off the track, the window went down, they opened the door, took out the radio, walked away witho ut setting off the alarm.

So wait, you know the guy who stole the stuff, AND the guy who got the stuff stolen? You talked to the guy about how he broke in, and are now helping the other guy make his new install more theft-proof? If that's true, there's something pretty fucked up about that man.

a cheap and very easy way to prevent theft is to use a bunch of weird screws.
use hex heads, socket heads, allens, torx anything that most people won't have. They'll see this and freak and leave all your stuff

this is your best idea to do. or after every class go park your car next infront of the class you will be in so you can watch it. or if your school has cops park right next to them and let them no the deal. or park off school property.

Dude, you gotta counter- react to this situation. Find out everything about these fegs, where they live, what they drive,where they hang out, with whom they hang with. Now buy a Mossberg 500 cheap,under a $100 or a stolen one, flaunt your new purchase verbally....you are 18 right? and def. post up with some bad muthaf's i.e....bikers, skins. or just get some balls and jack those MF's before they jack you. You might just inquire some new friendships because of your actions and wont be preyed on as that sucka thats gonna get jacked.

Why don't you just beat the shit out of them before they try anything? If you **** them up enough and send them to the hospital you'll have that much more time to not worry about getting jacked.

Not all factory alarms go off if the door is open!!!! I Know that for a fact... if u have a stock alarm ... roll down ur window shut off ur car set the alarm reach in open the door if the alarm goes off then yay! but if it doesnt then time to replace!!...

If there is a audible horn honk factory alarm then the horn will sound when you open the door...some have passive (arms automatically) & others are active with remote.

Some have immobilizer to prevent starting without audible factory alarm.

just take out the type r's and put it for sale on the for section. then when they try to jack ur subs, it wont be there..no alarm too, if they want it they will get it. no1 will see it.

and save up for an alarm. talk to mommy or daddy......

So your advice is buy a gun, preferably stolen, start hanging out with biker gang, or simply steal their stuff first? Some of the worst advice Ive ever read on this forum, and that's saying alot.
