07 nissan titan speed sensor wire

going to be putting in a eclipse avn5435 in my buddys truck. was looking at the deck and theres a speed sensor wire to hook up. does anyone know where that is on the titan?

eclipse has a tech line you can call, they will give you location and color of wire. usually its behind the dash cluster.

(most of the time you do not need to hook this wire up)

will the gps track if you dont hook up the wire though?

yes, it will still work even with that wire not hooked up.

wire the unit as normal. do not hook the wire up. go for a test drive, if the unit is not accurate, hook the wire up.

the units iv installed worked fine with the wire not hooked up.

ive never seen a speed sensor wire so i have no idea. but if it will work without it i'll leave it be for now unless its a easy place to tap into.

i've seen the manual theres nothing about this wire or the nav in it.. but i think theres three manuals. he only has one.

You will not find the VSS

it will track but it will jump a bit

it will work ok
