Amp Wiring Help.

Ok I have found another amp for my system and i was wanting to install it with the other one. I was wondering how do you hook up 2 amps? Can ya splice and run the hot and ground wires like that or what?

to run two amps you will either have to get distribution blocks for the power and ground or run two seperate power wires from the battery to the amps.. use the same ground for all amps though.. then, just tie the remote wires together running to both amps.. make sure at least one of the amps has a RCA OUTPUT as well as a INPUT or the head unit has 2 sets of RCA output lines.. otherwise, you'll need a Y splitter for them.

couldnt you just use the hi level input....and were could i get a y splitter
