Amp protection mode when driving but not when parked.

CT Sounds CT-400.1D Compact Class D Car Audio Monoblock Amplifier, 400 Watts RMS
2 PIONEER TS-SW2502S4 10-Inch, 1.200 Watts Shallow-Mount Subwoofers
The problem I'm having is...
The amp goes into protection mode for the duration of a
particular frequency, when heavy bass is played. This happens
particularly in the morning, when it's cold. But it happens
intermittently throughout the day while I'm driving. But when I'm
parked, with the engine running or not, the amp will function
normally and not go into protection, after it had been adequately
warmed to ambient temperature. I checked my battery and
alternator, charging voltage stays above 14 when idling, with or
without a load like the headlights or fans. All my power and
ground connections are solid and my subwoofers are in good shape.
What could be the problem here?

I remember an old post with a similar issue. The difference was his issue happened with the radio when the car would start moving. The only thing we assumed to be is that he connected his remote turn on to the Vehicle Speed Sensor wire. The VSS wire went through the radio for some kind of geotagging.
I forgot if the issue was solved.
Where is your remote wire connected?

Ok thank you, I'll check where the remote wire is connected and get back to you.
