if you get different signals from left and right RCA's going into a mono amp, that could be a problem.

my amp will only take 1 channel, left or right and requires a y adaptor. try it out

Yeah it's a standard left right amp. Dont see a point running a Y Adapter if its not necessary or needed

You can set your gains from your amp and then play around with the remote to control your output.

If the remote is plugged in try it unplugged.

Make sure you have 12v at your remote turn on also. On some amps it does make a difference

I dont understand what im playing with though. Its one tiny little wire. Wiggle it? Poke it? See if its thicker then my shlong?

Ahhh yeah that makes a bit more sense.

But yeah I've tried with it unplugged, and adjusting it. No difference

hope you get some hits and some local bassheads to help you man, i'd be pissed if my amps didnt make power either.
