Yeah that website didn't have any available. Go figure. Found others for $90 from an authorized dealer

Not trying to be the bearer of bad news but, that Cadence line had a lot of issue when they came out. Not sure if they are solid now but, QC was in the dumps. Anyways why go with 4 8's? Getting 2 12's would work much better.

Because I can, everyone and their dog has 2 12's. I've only ever seen 1 other person with 4 8's

Lol alright go ahead. Maybe instead of being concerned of what everyone does you should be concerned for why they do it. If you want to be unique gain a knowledge of rare woofers and run a pair.

iirc, the CVL and S1 line were the ones that had the motor issues?

All is well with the S2 line I believe

Doing a little research, found out the S2 line had stiff suspension issues but I believe they fixed it.

Stiff as in you couldn't push it no matter how hard you pushed

Yeah Im pretty sure those problems are no more. @VWGolfMKVI is the one who pointed me in their direction and was extremely happy with them

They're on the list, now to start saving! It's gonna be a while, with Christmas in a couple months and my anniversary with my girlfriend coming up in a month I don't have much to work with.

Yeah the Cadence S2's did (DID) have suspension issues. Cadence was made aware of the issue and they fixed it and warrantied the subs that had issues. I just bought back the Cadence S2W8's in a Starr Mountain Sound enclosure for my wifes Tiguan. Just gotta find an amplifier in the 12-1500 watt @ 1ohm range for her.

I have 4 of the cadence s2 8s. They get pretty loud. I have the box tuned to 30hz. Running them off and audio pipe apsm 2000D
