Unfortunately you can't please everyone, the price matching issue was addressed - and actually before the thread was seen by me. In terms of customer service I'd tend to disagree, our ratings are relatively top notch and typically the few glitches we have are because people are being unreasonable, rating product instead of us, or non-responsive (they have an issue and instead of reaching out leave bad ratings and don't respond when we attempt to contact them.
I absolutely strive to do everything that we can for every customer, bottom line is if we make a mistake we fix it - regardless of what it is; sometimes we just aren't given the opportunity to do so until it's aired publicly and even then we'll do everything in my power to correct it and take care of our customers.
