.90 cubic feet box, for a sub that requires 1.0 CF, will i be fine?

the largest box i could build in my car was only going to net me .90 cubic feet (internal volume) per subwoofer, my subs are American bass VFL subs, 1999-2000 models, they use a TC-7 motor/basket assembly.

i wasnt sure if poly fill (fiber fill) would actually help or not.

anyone have any suggestions.

thank you, im running all 3 off an american bass XD-1800, it will be underpowerd for now, but i hope to eventually move to a larger amp, the subs were originally rated at 500W RMS 1200W peak, I hope to goto a larger american bass amp later down the road, the subs are dual 2 ohm coils, so i think if i wire each sub to 4 ohm, (series) then bridge them all together i should have a 1 ohm load (if my math is correct) its been years since ive tried this stuff.

Vfls in a sealed box good luck and when did the vfl use a small motor like the tc7.
my eclipse has a tc9 and its not even a comp sub
It was a while back, but they did. They were specifically designed for sealed enclosures. Lower B equals a higher Qes equals a higher Qts, perfect for sealed.

hmm that was before my car audio time but hey if it worked for them back then. I know my eclipse likes sealed boxes as well

well, all three are in the trunk and ready, cant turn it up yet, the liquid nails used to seal the box isnt fully cured yet, but it should be good in the morning, even at 20% volume i have rattles in the car im going to have to take care of, the sound quality is fantastic though, bass i nice and tight, had to turn the gain on the amp down to about 50-60% until i can replace the stock bose headunit, its going to be a while because the install kit alone is $200 (infinity G35)
