Alternative to JL Thin Line

You seem to have some problem or anger issue with Stereo Integrity.
no, he is not... your just coming off like a jackass

very few ppl here (if any) have anything bad to say about SI... but the claims you have been making recently about some equipment youve never even used or had any experience with whatsover have been completly rediculous and assinine

if i were nick i would have already told you to STFU but he's just nicer than me

at any rate, your being a retard and hurting a great companies rep by making stupid claims that the products *might* not live up to

imo you should be banned untill they release the subs

he's been getting on my nerves for the last few days and someones gotta say it... he had it comin, srsly

on a side note those soundstream subs seem to have a very similar design to the JL subs (very large VC, magnet inside the coil)

any reason they needed to make such huge VC? would a 3" not have worked well?
that is what I was wondering, I suggest the soundstream cause I had just saw it and i'm sure it'd be one to be skipped over when people think about shallows. Just something to try //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

JL used the huge coil so that the motor could slide up inside the voice coil.

hence a very slim design

the large VC diameter on shallow mounts is an excellent idea

because the diameter is so large they can put the magent inside the coil (saving depth) and the spiders still mount outside the coil as normal

imo this is the newest, best way to design shallow mounts

No offense as Nick is a great guy and all, but when you own a company and are trying to compare your product to another there will be some bias, lol. As for the BM vs. TW5, I am 100% confident that the BM will not only be better value driver but have better SQ and be louder. Hell, the old BM had better SQ than the W7 and was just as loud.
How many more threads are you going to do this retarded shit in?
