So these subs are rated at 350watts, does anyone know if they could handle 450watts and be fine?

If they are built anything like the other size type r's you should be fine with 100 over their rating.

Depends on the box mostly... Sealed ya no problem, Ported depends on the size... Also how clean the power is as well...

Will be in a sealed box and I would think the power would be clean, it's coming from an Eclipse XA5000 amp. I can get this sub for crazy cheap, but sure don't want to ruin it.
