Alpine Type R 15" Smell

Stronger electricals will get more performance out of your hifonics but your type R is completely maxed out. Look into ssa xcon or soundqubed hdc3 or dc level 5 subs.

ground zero is good

See if you can get alphard sound technology which is russian based or B2 audio denmark based. Shok industries is pretty good as well these are all overseas brands.

 
I'm from Croatia and I'm looking for used subwoofers and there are not much quality subwoofers with 2-3kw rms.. only ground zero or something else but overpriced.

I would just go with a ported box tuned from 32 hz. - 35 hz.
