Got stock battery and alternator.

1300 watt amp wired to 2 ohms, so im guessing im not getting full RMS.

2 sa 12's, im going to big 3 upgrade when it gets warmer out.

Im going to add a 4channel amp, I want to place it in my trunk.

Will I need to get a battery in my trunk if I have 2 amps?

Also how much power do you think each SA is actually seeing?

1300RMS amp wired to 2 ohms, 4 gauge wire and still have my 80a maxi fuse.

too many variables.. maybe someone could give you a very rough estimate.. but we need to know voltage, specific amp, what cu ft box.. I think haha

what amp is it ? is it 1300@1 ohm ? or 1300 @2ohms ? yes u will need a extra battery along with a good agm under the hood

That's exactly what my buddy said, and that is why I came on here to ask.

Dual voice coil, dual 2 ohm

I have them wired to 2ohms

What's the stock alternator on your car output? I don't need any batteries for anything below about 1500-2000w but my stock alt is 130 amps which is larger than average

I couldn't tell you the ALT output..

But If I hook a 4 channel up as well, will I need another battery in trunk?

get a digital voltage meter best 20 bucks u can spend on ur system
