Help...Volume Went Away By 50%.

Hello,

I have an ECLIPSE HU with a PRECISION POWER Amp into MB QUART (German) Speakers.

Today while driving home the volume reduced itself by about 50%.

At first I thought the song was ending but quickly realized it was the middle of the song.

Has anyone else experienced this and might know what the culprit is?

and all of your speakers and sub? at the same time?

Sorry for the late reply, guys...I got sick but now I'm fine.

The speakers are old MB Quarts when they made them in Germany and there's no sub.

It's my Eclipse that I suspect as it's always doing something.

Right now it has two cds stuck in it while it will play a third.

However I think this is why it over-heats easily and shuts off.

I don't know if I corrected it but I did a few adjustments and I think it's back to normal.

Anyways I've decided to try another HU.
