Advice on running system

Hi, I'm new here and I'm looking for the best way to run the system I just picked up, mainly the amp. The system is as follows: Kenwood KDC-X715 head unit, Boston Acoustic 6.4 Pro Series seperates, ADS P640 amp, and JL Audio 10" sub in sealed box, Powerwedge I think. I also have a set of PowerBass Extreme 2 way 6x9's. Never heard of them, but wondering if I should use them or leave them out. I'm really looking for SQ. Any help would be great especially how I should run the amp.

P.S. I paid $400 for everything and wondered if that was fair.
