its prob because the preout voltage is diff

if you set gains with a headunit that has a higher preout and then hook up a hu with low voltage u need to reset gains, use a 1khz tone for the speakers and a 50hz tone for the subs and use a dmm to set them

tryin to adjust the pq equalizer on the deck... bank 1,2,3 and 4 for the dash and doors in a truck. my dash speakers are bassing im scared there gona blow i just want highs coming from them...

look at the amp... turn up the highpass filter so no bass goes to the speakers lol. people are giving u help ur just not coming back to post what u have it set at ect

i have been pm that guy but he hasnt been on lately since i messed with it and there is only one switch to flip i tried it and didnt help.. the settings need to be fixed on my deck i took my 4ch out today and went back to my radio for the speakers.. i cant even hear the door speakers i dunno whats wrong with them?

I'm not familiar with the menu/screens on the 8017. Your front speaker amp crossover doesn't look adjustable, looks like its hard set at 120hz and up, that sucks.

That headunit should have the ability to crossover your front speaker amp at different frequencies...read the manual to find out how and start around 80hz and see if your speakers take it, if so go lower...with the 120hz filter on your speaker amp turned off.

You should have a low pass crossover in your deck for the subwoofer as well, just need to do some reading to figure out where to set it in the deck.

This deck has 5v preouts so guessing gains is not your issue...might want to see if your deck has a subwoofer level control and if so crank that up. I know my current kenwood has that and pretty sure my last kenwood screen had it.

umm the front is adjustable to whatever you want.. i have it at 250hz and 24db

and it has all the crossovers i just dont know what to set them at..

and where is this? is that like subwoofer level control
