adjusting crossover and eq on deck

You should be able to bring the front down quite a bit from 250, try 100hz or 80hz and see if the speakers will take it. Lowering that crossover point will make it sound alot better immediately.

Check the manuals/deck for the subwoofer level control, no idea on your specific deck if it has it or where its at man.
